- QR Code Scanning: With the ability to scan QR codes, users can quickly identify and initiate charging at any ChargePoint, making the process seamless.
- Interactive Charging History: Users can view and download their previous charging history, providing them with valuable insights into their charging patterns and expenses.
- Fault Reporting: The app includes a feature for users to report any issues with charging stations, ensuring that Chargelight can quickly address and resolve problems.
