Shepherdr - Client for Herdr

Shepherdr is a mobile client for herdr, the terminal workspace manager for AI coding agents. Keep an eye on your agents and step in when they need you, from anywhere, over SSH.

Shepherdr is an Imperial AI product, designed and built by Techarge. It is an independent client and is not affiliated with or endorsed by herdr.dev.

What it does

  • Live tree of herdr workspaces, tabs and panes, with agent status at a glance: working, blocked or idle
  • Open any pane read-only to watch safely, or take control when an agent needs an answer
  • Extra keys for phone keyboards (Esc, Tab, sticky Ctrl and Alt), pinch to zoom
  • Password or SSH key sign-in; generate Ed25519 keys in the app or import OpenSSH/PEM keys
  • Host-key verification, secrets kept in the device’s secure storage, optional biometric app lock
  • No accounts, no ads, no analytics: the app only connects to the servers you add
  • Free for one server; a one-time unlock gives you unlimited servers (no subscription)

Requires an SSH server you can reach from your phone, running herdr 0.9.1 or newer.
